    Member of the Parliamentary Committee on Oil and Energy, MP Uday Awwad, Monday, that the region does not have the right to establish agreements to participate in Iraqi oil, pointing out that each Kurdish official involved in oil smuggling is supposed to be held accountable.
    Awad said in a televised statement continued (information), that "the region does not have the right to export Iraqi oil (Bkefh) and the region should return to the Central Oil Ministry in all matters related to export."
    He added that "the region is accused of smuggling Iraqi oil is supposed to hold every Kurdish official involved in oil smuggling, where the region is not entitled to establish agreements to participate in Iraqi oil."
    He explained: "There is no constitutional article gives the right to dispose of the region with Iraqi oil," indicating that "the control of the work of the fields in the region of the right of parliament and its committees."
    He stressed that "the region is not committed to its oil obligations to the central government," adding that "the President of the region agreed to the direction of parliamentary committees to monitor the region's exports of oil." Finished 25 N
