She added that `` this article provides for the vacancy of the post of prime minister and requires that in the event of vacancy of this position, the President of the Republic shall take his place for 15 days provided that another person is assigned to form the government during this period in accordance with Article 76 of the Constitution, in the sense that the government is carrying out its work but under the presidency of the President.
Mahmoud explained that "vacancy in constitutional jurisprudence includes four cases, namely resignation, dismissal, death, permanent disability or incurable disease that prevents him from performing his work." Done / 25
