    MP for a coalition of state law Mansour al-Baiji, on Wednesday, that the current government can not hold any agreement, whether with the region or other being a caretaker government is not entitled to hold such agreements, especially with regard to oil and the federal budget, noting that Kurdistan We are trying to pass an oil agreement with the Mahdi government and we will not allow it.
    Al-Baiji said in a statement received (Mawazine News), a copy, that "the survival of the current government for the conduct of the country until the appointment of a new prime minister will be authorized to conclude the agreement, whether with the government of the region or other either at the moment any agreement will not allow it within Parliament".
    He added, "The outgoing prime minister gave the Kurdistan Regional Government a lot through the budget of the region and the payment of money during his rule and the region did not issue a single barrel of oil to the center and this is rejected altogether and in detail."
    "The Kurdistan government is trying to pass an oil agreement with the government of Abdul Mahdi during its last days in order to ensure the payment of dues in the budget next year and this will not allow it permanently."
    He explained that "the Kurdistan Regional Government was sincere intentions with the central government should wait until the selection of a new prime minister to be agreed with him on all oil and financial matters in order to ensure the rights of all our provinces."
