    The Border Ports Authority has set, on Thursday, the 20th of this month, an opening date for the Arar outlet with Saudi Arabia, noting that there is a plan to develop the port.
    "Through a Saudi grant of $ 50 million, the Ports Authority was able to build the Arar Exemplary Port," said the director of the commission, Kazem Al-Awabi, in a statement to the official Iraqi News Agency (INA).
    Al-Okabi asserted, "The opening of the port on the 20th of this month for commercial purposes, as well as the passage of travelers," noting that "the plan developed by the authority for its development includes announcing some border outlets as investment opportunities besides approving grants and assistance from international organizations."

    The Border Ports Authority announced, on Thursday, that a date will be set for the opening of the Arar outlet between Iraq and Saudi Arabia.
