Al-Hashemi told Mawazine News that "the parliament is not serious about the constitutional amendment and that this decision sowed ash in Laayoune to win the support of the demonstrators."
He added, "The committee in charge of this amendment does not have a specialized law in the constitution," explaining that "there will not be an amendment because it will be rejected by the political blocs that it believes have obtained standards, especially the Kurds."
