Turki said in a press statement: "The Finance Ministry agreed to reopen the branch, due to the stability of the security situation in the city, and to encourage farmers to cultivate after returning to their liberated residential areas."
He added: "The bank will contribute to the support of farmers by providing soft loans, which will positively reflect on increasing local production of agricultural crops. It will also contribute to the recovery of the agricultural reality by providing loans to farmers to purchase various agricultural equipment and supplies."
