Before his constitutional deadline expires, the cabinet issues a number of decisions

[rtl]Shafaq News / The Council of Ministers held its regular session, today, Tuesday, headed by Prime Minister Adel Abdul Mahdi, two days before the end of his constitutional deadline.[/rtl]
[rtl]In the opening speech of the session, the Prime Minister stressed that the government continues its work until the formation of the next government, indicating that the government has accomplished many works in various fields, foremost of which is achieving a wide increase in the cultivated areas and grain production as a result of supporting farmers and delivering their financial dues and the impact of the agricultural sector on industrial development. And running the workforce and moving the market and encouraging local production.[/rtl]
[rtl]The Cabinet discussed a number of issues and issued several decisions, including:[/rtl]
[rtl]Agreeing on approving the recommendations confirmed in the minutes of the Diwaniya Order Meeting No. (57) for the year 2019 for the purpose of facilitating proper and disciplined customs production, combating corruption, developing attachments work and making ratifications easily and ensuring the flow of information taking into consideration the opinion of the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers, and the Prime Minister was authorized to endorse Recommendations After reviewing recommendation (4), this decision is implemented from 1/1/2020.[/rtl]
[rtl]The session witnessed the approval of the recommendations of the minutes (7 and 8) of the two Diwaniya Committees (45) 2018 (63 of 2019) to follow up the implementation of the Council of Ministers Resolution (8 of 2019) regarding projects to establish 400-bed public hospitals, taking into consideration the opinion of the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers according to a memorandum Legal Department.[/rtl]
[rtl]The Council approved the issuance of the first amendment system for the year 2019 of the Internal Security Classes Regulations (2) 2012, which was revised by the State Council from the Internal Security Forces Service and Retirement Law No. (18) for the year 2011, with the exception of the flight badge.[/rtl]
[rtl]The Council approved the recommendation of the Ministerial Council for Energy according to the following:[/rtl]
[rtl] Approval of Dhi Qar Oil Company to borrow an amount of (265000000) dollars only two hundred and sixty five million dollars from the Iraqi Trade Bank TPI for the purpose of implementing the project to expand the production of the Nasiriyah oil field with a capacity of (100) thousand barrels / day according to the conditions, provided that it be Paying the loan amount and interest from the returns of the aforementioned project by (10) million barrels every two months (1/6) of the oil field production through the Oil Marketing Company at the official announced price, and a text is included in the Federal General Budget Bill for the fiscal year 2020 for the purpose of covering The aforementioned in paragraph (1).[/rtl]
[rtl]The minutes of the Central Cancellation Committee in the Ministry of Oil were approved regarding the deletion of the Lulu Tatra armor vehicle belonging to the Iraqi Drilling Company, whose details are specified in the car and vehicle write-off form with a value of 6 million dinars only because it is consumed and cannot be used, and the economic ineffectiveness of repairing it.[/rtl]
