The representative of the bloc, Ali al-Aboudi, said in a press statement, that "if the political forces fail to resolve the dispute over these two articles, the parliament will proceed to the political mood to resolve this issue," noting that "there is no agreement between the Shiite parliamentary blocs on the provisions of the election law." .
He explained that "the option of applying the 50 + 1 majority in Iraq is not achieved due to a crisis of trust between the political parties," stressing "the necessity of resorting to unity of purpose, vision and logic to confront this crisis."
Al-Aboudi added, "The political forces deal with the current situation in different proportions," noting that "there are some blocs seeking to resolve this issue in any way, and there are other blocs that look at the gains, whatever the circumstances."
The House of Representatives held its twenty-third session last Wednesday in the presence of 207 deputies to complete the vote on the Parliamentary Elections Law, while next Monday it set a date to complete the voting on the draft law, after lifting the corpse following a dispute over Articles 15 and 16 of the law And for the two electoral districts and to prevent the candidacy of dual nationals
