    [size=18]Ghadir Al-Attar, a member of the National Business Council, stressed the importance of the coming government’s resort to developing the Iraqi auto industry.

    {Baghdad: Al Furat News} The General Company for the manufacture of cars and equipment, one of the companies of the Ministry of Industry and Minerals, is preparing to start producing Chinese {Crete Wall} cars.
    A statement of the ministry, which the {Euphrates News Agency} agency received, a copy of it, quoted the assistant general manager of the company, Eng. Hussein Ahmed Mahmoud, as saying that “95% of the assembly line and production of Chinese {Crete Wall” cars were accomplished in accordance with the partnership contract with Nahj Iraq.
    He pointed out that "the components of 30 pickups will arrive to start the assembly and production process for the first batch in December of next year."
    Mahmoud stressed that "there is acceptability in the Iraqi market for this type of car and that the company is in constant contact with the discreet international companies to produce cars that meet the requirements of the market and the Iraqi citizen."
