Deputy: Violating constitutional terms has become a political norm !!

The MP from the Parliamentary Bloc of Al-Hikma Asaad Al-Murshidi asserted: “Not nominating a prime minister during the constitutional deadline is a violation of the constitution, and there is political movement from the political blocs with the [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/989/%D8%B1%D8%A6%D9%8A%D8%B3 %D8%A7%D9%84%D8%AC%D9%85%D9%87%D9%88%D8%B1%D9%8A%D8%A9]president of the republic[/url] to resolve the position and nominate a prime minister during the next
two days .”
Al-Murshidi said in a press statement: "All the governments that assumed power in Iraq violated the constitution."
He added: "The violation of constitutional terms has become a political norm, so we hope the [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/989/%D8%B1%D8%A6%D9%8A%D8%B3 %D8%A7%D9%84%D8%AC%D9%85%D9%87%D9%88%D8%B1%D9%8A%D8%A9]president[/url] of [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/989/%D8%B1%D8%A6%D9%8A%D8%B3 %D8%A7%D9%84%D8%AC%D9%85%D9%87%D9%88%D8%B1%D9%8A%D8%A9]the republic[/url] will name a figure for the position of prime minister."
The deputy explained: "The pressure on the [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/989/%D8%B1%D8%A6%D9%8A%D8%B3 %D8%A7%D9%84%D8%AC%D9%85%D9%87%D9%88%D8%B1%D9%8A%D8%A9]President of the Republic[/url] from the political blocs is great, although his position is clear towards nominating an independent candidate that meets the demands of the street and the demonstrators, unlike the political blocs that press him to nominate a political figure."
