Deputy: Deporting the civil service law will disrupt the service board

Member of Parliament [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/107027/%D8%B1%D9%8A%D8%A7%D8%B6 %D8%A7%D9%84%D9%85%D8%B3%D8%B9%D9%88%D8%AF%D9%8A]Riyadh Al-Masoudi[/url] asserted : "The deportation of the civil service law to the next legislative term will disrupt the work [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/110134/%D9%85%D8%AC%D9%84%D8%B3 %D8%A7%D9%84%D8%AE%D8%AF%D9%85%D8%A9]of the[/url] Federal [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/110134/%D9%85%D8%AC%D9%84%D8%B3 %D8%A7%D9%84%D8%AE%D8%AF%D9%85%D8%A9]Service Council[/url] , in addition to the continued acquisition of job grades by ministries and government institutions."
Al-Masoudi said in a press statement: "The decision to postpone the civil service bill for the next legislative term, is due to the lack of will to achieve justice in the distribution of job grades for citizens, as well as the continued dominance of the parties in positions in ministries and government agencies."
He added: "The Federal [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/110134/%D9%85%D8%AC%D9%84%D8%B3 %D8%A7%D9%84%D8%AE%D8%AF%D9%85%D8%A9]Service Council[/url] , which was approved by the House of Representatives, and whose members were appointed through public pressure, will also be suspended because its work is linked to the approval of the law."
It is noteworthy that the House of Representatives decided to postpone the vote on the draft civil service law, at the request of a number of committees, due to its need for more discussions and maturity because it eliminates a large number of laws and decisions.
