Parliament may return five years back to address the budget delay!

Committee member [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/105153/%D8%AD%D8%B3%D9%8A%D9%86 %D8%A7%D9%84%D8%B9%D9%82%D8%A7%D8%A8%D9%8A]Hussein Al-Aqabi[/url] said in a press statement: "The committee has legal treatment, represented by the previous law of financial management that we have previously resorted to in the year 2014, when spending is over the Budget Law of 2019, at a ratio of 1 to 12, indicating: "The law allows the government to send any bill, and the final say remains with Parliament."
He added: "The internal system of the cabinet allowed the government to send some draft laws that do not have technical and legal problems." He pointed out: "The general budget expresses the general policy of the executive authority in the administration of the state and cannot be technically and legally for the current government to send."
Al-Aqabi stressed: "The current government is a caretaker government and [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] cannot set a budget, and there is no permanent government with full powers that can implement the financial policy of the state."
The Parliamentary Finance Committee had made it clear that the deficit in the public budget was the last time it reached Parliament.]
