Al-Baldawi said in a press statement: "The current stage needs two programs, one of which is implemented in a timely manner as rapid reforms showing its impact on the social, service, cultural, health and political reality inside the country."
He added: "The other side of the government program relates to strategic plans and development projects in which Iraq can return economically, politically and securityly to the position it is supposed to occupy due to its potential and wealth."
And between: "The government program must include the distribution of land, the provision of services, the end of unemployment and the solution to the housing problem, and there must be serious and rapid steps with these files."
