    The Energy Committee of the House of Representatives decided, on Saturday, to form a committee on joint oil fields with Kuwait and Iran, while it announced work to host executives in this regard.
    The committee said, in a statement received (information / copy) of it, that "the Oil and Energy Committee headed by MP Haibat Al-Halbousi held a meeting with the members of the committee meeting to discuss a number of issues related to the oil and electricity sector."
    She added, "The meeting witnessed the discussion of the paper of Deputy Jabbar Al-Luaibi in maximizing financial resources and lost opportunities.", Indicating that "the committee is a book of the Ministry of Oil regarding the study of the joint Iraqi-Kuwaiti oil fields."
    The committee decided to form a sub-committee headed by MP Hussein Al-Fayez and membership of a number of committee members and technical advisor to visit the Ministry of Oil to hold a meeting with the Minister of Oil and advanced cadres in the ministry to discuss the reasons for delaying the investment of joint oil fields with Kuwait and Iran and to clarify the current reality of these fields.
    The committee decided, "to host the general manager of the oil tanker company with the advanced cadre of the company next Wednesday to discuss the performance and work of the company and develop its performance, as well as to host the general manager of the North Refineries next Monday 13/1/2020 to discuss a number of files that pertain to the company's work."
    The committee also decided to "host the prime minister's energy advisor to discuss a number of issues of concern to the oil and electricity sectors." 25 h finished
