Iranian Foreign Minister, Mohammad Javad Zarif, confirmed today, Sunday, that the Iranian Foreign Ministry and representations abroad are ready to help the families of the victims of the crashed Ukrainian plane that fell southwest of Tehran, last Wednesday.
In a tweet on his personal page on Twitter, Zarif said, “My colleagues in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, embassies, representations and consulates (Iranians) across the country are sharing the sadness of the people after this tragedy (the Ukrainian plane crashes), and is ready to provide any form of assistance to families. The passenger plane of the Ukrainian Airlines crashed at dawn last Wednesday during a flight from Tehran to the Ukrainian capital, Kiev, after it took off in minutes, killing one hundred and seventy-six people, most of them Iranians.
