Thursday, the Parliamentary Investment and Economy Committee pledged the success of the economic agreement with the Chinese side with the good Iraqi negotiator to achieve the country's interest, while setting a date for discussing the terms of the agreement in the House of Representatives.
Committee member Nada Shaker said in a statement to "Information", that "the use of oil to finance service projects within the economic agreement with China came to prevent corruption, the looting of public money and the control of political parties over these projects," noting that "the implementation of the agreement does not depend on the federal budget For the year 2020, the oil will be spent from production surplus.
She added that "the success of the agreement with China depends on the good Iraqi negotiator to achieve the country's interests and present them on all other interests," noting that "the House of Representatives will discuss the terms of the economic agreement with the Chinese side during the first sessions of the new legislative term."
And the Parliamentary Planning Committee confirmed, yesterday, Wednesday, that the protesters from the political blocs on the economic agreement with China objected to the House of Representatives vote on the decision to remove the American and foreign forces from the country, while it showed that the protesters are divided between loyalty to the United States of America and the corrupt losers of investment contracts.
