    {International: Al Furat News} South Korea denied reports that its companies operating in Iraq have withdrawn from all sectors and that they continue to operate in the country.
    A statement by the Iraqi Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated, "The head of the Asian and Australian Department, Ambassador Abdullah Hassan Al-Jubouri, met the Ambassador of the Republic of Korea to Baghdad, Jang Kyung-wook, and they discussed bilateral relations between the two friendly countries in various fields. ".
    He stressed, "The willingness of the competent Iraqi authorities to provide all the necessary facilities for the work of Korean companies in Iraq and the desire of the Iraqi government to continue and develop Korean investments in various fields."
    For his part, the Korean Ambassador praised the relations of the two friendly countries and confirmed the continuation of the work of the Embassy of the Republic of Korea and the Korean companies in Iraq.
