The leader of the Islamic State terrorist organization, Khamenei, gave Friday sermon today for the first time in eight years.
Khamenei focused on tickling the religious and patriotic sentiments of the Iranian people during his sermon, especially with the increasing intensity of voices opposing him and the regime of the mullahs based at the head of government in Tehran, and their rejection of the Iranian Revolutionary Guards, which increased after its forces were involved in shooting down a Ukrainian plane with a short-range missile, killing 176 on board.
The leader of ISIS touched on the assassination of the terrorist Qassem Soleimani, commander of the Revolutionary Guards Corps, in addition to the confrontations and challenges facing Iran.
He continued his lies, claiming that Qassem Soleimani was a fighter against terrorism in the region, and that the Qods Force was a great humanitarian institution, calling on the Iranian people to be sincere in action.
Khamenei said, "The intellectual premises of our armed forces and the Quds Force are divine ideas and premises and are rushing to help the peoples."
The sermon came at a time when Iran faced many pressures, after the killing of the commander of the Revolutionary Guards Corps of Jerusalem, General Qassem Soleimani, in a US air raid on January 3, followed by the Iranian Revolutionary Guards shooting down a Ukrainian plane with a short-range missile, killing 176 on board. In addition to facing the Iranian regime, daily protests by students and citizens are increasingly angry at the way the country is run, chanting slogans demanding the supreme leader, the guards, and the referendum on the type of regime.
And Khamenei published an image on his personal page on Instagram, showing his hand while placing the Noble Qur’an in his gown, and commented on it: "The truth of the Qur’an ... believe the Qur’an and consider that the promise of the Qur’an is a promise of truth and truth ... There is nothing more clear than this .. Certainly, God will be in the help of anyone who supports religion and doctrine. Friday prayer in Tehran is considered the traditional platform for spreading the message of the regime to followers, the media and the government bureaucracy. The last time Khamenei delivered his sermon at Friday prayers was in 2012, in response to a statement by US President Barack Obama who said that all options are on the Iranian nuclear program, and Khamenei responded at the time that "the threat of war will be costly for America, and will be cost ten times".
