Parliamentary Security: Political differences allowed ISIS to regroup
The Parliamentary Security and Defense Committee warned against the return of ISIS activity and launching new attacks in Iraq.
Committee member Abdel-Khaleq Al-Azzawi said in a press statement: "ISIS has exploited the security gap during the past few days because Iraqi forces are busy securing popular demonstrations."

On the role of the international coalition forces and the necessity of continuing their work in Iraq, a member of the Security Committee explained: "The international coalition forces have contributed a lot to re-liberating the Iraqi provinces from ISIS and securing accurate intelligence for the Iraqi forces, and many of the air military operations carried out directly by the American forces.
