The deputy from the Construction Alliance, Mukhtar Al-Mousawi, revealed the submission of three names as candidates for the post of prime minister, including Ali Shukri, Advisor to the President of the Republic and Muhammad Tawfiq Allawi, as well as a third military figure.
Al-Moussawi said in a radio statement, which I followed, “Information”, that “three names were submitted as candidates for the post of prime minister, including Ali Shukri, Advisor to the President of the Republic and Muhammad Tawfiq Allawi, as well as a third military figure.
He added that "there is what is more important at the present time from the issue of choosing a prime minister, which is the repercussions of the American presence and the expected demonstrations against that presence."
