The dollar is making gains against most of the major currencies in today's trading
The dollar rose against most [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/75338/%D8%A7%D9%84%D8%B9%D9%85%D9%84%D8%A7%D8%AA %D8%A7%D9%84%D8%B1%D8%A6%D9%8A%D8%B3%D9%8A%D8%A9]of the major currencies[/url] during Saturday's [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/103396/%D8%AA%D8%B9%D8%A7%D9%85%D9%84%D8%A7%D8%AA %D8%A7%D9%84%D9%8A%D9%88%D9%85]trading[/url] for the second consecutive session.
The dollar index rose against a number of [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/75338/%D8%A7%D9%84%D8%B9%D9%85%D9%84%D8%A7%D8%AA %D8%A7%D9%84%D8%B1%D8%A6%D9%8A%D8%B3%D9%8A%D8%A9]major currencies[/url] by 0.3% to 97.6 points, and recorded the highest level today at 97.6 points and the lowest level at 97.2 points.
This comes in light of the recovery in global markets, after the United States and China signed the first stage of the trade agreement.
And US Vice President Mike Pence announced the launch of negotiations on the second phase of the trade agreement with Beijing.
Today, government data showed the increase in new home construction in America and the increase in building permits in the past month.
