"
    In a separate process, "The staff of the Nineveh Investigation Directorate, which moved to the Real Estate Registration Department in Nineveh - Al-Zuhur, managed to seize a number of defendants in possession of various property transactions and agencies in the Governorate Real Estate Registration Directorate."
    The department explained that "the directors of the directorate seized (4) defendants, one of whom is an employee in the Real Estate Registration Directorate and two others in possession of (13) treating plots of land belonging to the state, which they are pursuing, for the purpose of selling them to associations that in turn cut these plots and sell them to citizens in an illegal manner."
