    The information / Baghdad ..
On Saturday, the head of the Bayraq Al-Khair Parliamentary Bloc called on the government to send all the details of the China-Iraq agreement for consideration, stating that the government cannot implement the budget provisions without sending it to parliament and passing it.
Al-Khalidi said in a statement to "Information", that "all commercial agreements specify the most accurate details, including projects, amounts, duration of implementation and total amounts, and are announced to the people and this is what is to be done."
He added that "the work of the government and the implementation of the Chinese agreement is illegal, and it must send all details to parliament in order to study and vote on it."
Al-Khalidi explained, "The current government is conducting business and cannot approve projects or disburse funds outside the budget that are not already present." Ended / 25D
