Al-Khalidi said in a press statement: "All trade agreements determine the most accurate details, including projects, amounts, duration of implementation, and total amounts, and they are announced to the people, and this is what has not been done."
He added: "The work of the government and directing the Chinese agreement is illegal, and it must send all details to parliament for its consideration and voting."
Al-Khalidi explained: "The current government is to conduct business and cannot approve projects or disburse funds outside the budget, which are not already present."
