    Parliamentary Security and Defense Committee revealed, on Saturday, that there is a government effort to open all major roads in the Green Zone in the center of the capital, Baghdad, to traffic.
    Committee member Karim Al-Mahmoudawi said in a statement to “Al-Maalouma”, that “opening the Al-Ahrar Bridge and the Al-Alkhani and Cordoba yards is a positive gesture to ease traffic jams,” noting that “most of the roads cut in the capital will open this week, including the bridges of your tongue and the Republic.”
    He added that "the government has a great intention to open the main roads in the Green Zone to traffic and was expected to open before the start of the million demonstrations condemning the American presence in [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] ," noting that "the Green Zone will open to traffic during the current week."
    Today, Saturday, the Joint Operations Command announced that it is seeking to cooperate with the demonstrators to open the Al-Sinak Bridge in front of traffic after opening the Al-Ahrar Bridge and the Al-Khilani and Cordoba areas in the center of the capital, Baghdad. T 25 is over
