    Foreign Minister John Kerry, on Monday, for the study of his country's air strikes to help the Iraqi government against al (Daash), and while not ruled out discussions with Iran on the situation in Iraq, he stressed the need to stop the genocide in Iraq, carried out by extremist groups Whether by air or other. Kerry said, in an interview with Yahoo News site and seen by the (long-Presse), "The United States is considering air strikes to assist the Iraqi government in addressing armed violence waged by Islamist militants and is also open to the possibility of discussions with neighboring Iran," noting that "that such strikes are not a complete answer, but it will be one of the options the task."

    He said Kerry "when there are people being killed and assassinated in this genocide, we must stop it, and it should do what it takes, whether by air or otherwise." He said U.S. Secretary of State that "the United States is open to talks with Iran to help the Shi'ite-led government in Iraq in the fight against acts of violence carried out by armed militants year."

" 

    Bsaki added that "the U.S. Embassy in Baghdad is still open and will continue to communicate daily with the Iraqis and their elected leaders and support them in their efforts to strengthen their operation in Iraq and the constitutional defend themselves from imminent threats." 

    He Bsaki that "as a result of continuing instability and violence in some areas of Iraq, the U.S. Embassy in Baghdad and in consultation with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs is to reconsider the formation of owners diplomat by requirements which will add some staffs the security of the U.S. government to the angel of the embassy in Baghdad, while Each angel will be transferred from the Consulate Basra and Arbil, on a temporary basis and added to the base unit in Iraq, Oman. " 

    She explained a spokeswoman for the U.S. State in its statement that "the largest number of existing owners of the U.S. Embassy in Baghdad will remain in place and will be fully equipped with the embassy to carry out tasks of national security." 

    And advised the U.S. State Department in its statement nationals in Iraq to "express caution and limit their travel to the provinces of Anbar, Nineveh and Salahuddin, Diyala and Kirkuk, and put their own emergency plans and Adomoa on the security alarm at all times." 

    On the other hand condemned the State Department spokeswoman Jane Bsaki "strongly massacre committed by Daash in Tikrit in 1700 against the component members of the armed forces." 

    She Bsaki in a statement yesterday, "We condemn these acts in the strongest possible terms, and stand in solidarity with the Iraqi people against acts of horrific violence and foolish this", and said "It's the acts of horrific represent the most practical drain blood carried out by these terrorists, and those who come to commit such disgraceful acts They are a common enemy of the United States and Iraq and the international community, "pointing to" the need to take steps to Iraqi leaders to promote political unity in the country in this threat. " 

    Bsaki confirmed that "the United States will do what requires them to help Iraq to overcome this crisis, calling on all Iraqis to unite against this violence and continue to reject the hatred represented by the organization Daash."
