Abdul-Muttalib said in a statement to / information / Monday, that "the Kurdistan government will refrain from abiding by the vote of the Iraqi parliament on the decision to remove foreign forces, including the American, from the country." .
For his part, the deputy of the Al-Fath Alliance, Ahmed Al-Kinani, confirmed earlier Saturday that the Kurdistan government is obligated to implement the decision of the government and the House of Representatives to remove the American forces and end their military foundations throughout Iraq, while noting that Kurdistan’s failure to adhere to the government’s decision will bring it negative results.
Newspaper sources revealed, on Saturday, that the United States is holding talks with officials of the Kurdistan region to establish military bases there and raise the number of American soldiers to 2,000.
