Legal expert: Saleh is free to choose the prime minister and is not bound by the largest bloc

On Thursday, legal expert Ali al-Tamimi said that the President of the Republic is free to choose the right personality for the Prime Minister and is not bound by a larger bloc.
Al-Tamimi said in a statement to "Al-Maalouma", that "the talk about the largest bloc is old and does not exist, neither constitutional nor realistic, because the largest bloc went with the resignation of [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] , as the resignation according to the constitutional jurisprudence is considered failure, failure, vacancy and leave for office."

He explained that "the President of the Republic is free to choose the next Prime Minister and is not restricted to a larger or smaller bloc, but he may face a problem within Parliament from the blocs seeking to obtain this position." 25 n ended
