    [size=18]Today, Monday, the expert in the Iraqi constitution, Hassan Al-Yasiri, outlined the constitutional steps entrusted with appointing the new Prime Minister.


    Al-Yasiri said in a press statement, Alsumaria News received, a copy of it, that there are constitutional steps entrusted to the mandate of the new prime minister, which can be summed up by three points.







    The second step, between Al-Yasiri, is that the designated Prime Minister then displays the names of the ministers and the ministerial curriculum to the parliament for the purpose of obtaining confidence.

    In the third point, Al-Yasiri pointed out that "when the Prime Minister-designate fails to choose his ministers during the aforementioned period, or does not grant him confidence from the House of Representatives, another candidate is appointed within fifteen days from the date of failure or lack of confidence."
