Member of the Legal Committee, MP Hussein al-'Uqabi, confirmed on Wednesday that the ministerial cabinet of Prime Minister Muhammad Allawi can be passed in the form of (half + 1), to be completed later.
Al-Aqabi said, "The ministerial cabinet and the government curriculum require the approval of a majority of members of the House of Representatives, in order for the Prime Minister and his ministers to be sworn in."
He pointed out, "The cabinet can be passed in the form of (half + 1), to be completed later."
