He added: There is information indicating the refusal of some political forces to form a ministerial cabinet independent of the parties, and trying to pressure Allawi to obtain ministerial portfolios.
He stressed the need for Allawi to abide by his pledges to the Iraqi people, and not to bow to the wishes of political blocs.
