addressed the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers, the Ministry of Finance regarding the research service law.
The law grants the employee, according to Representative Kazem Al-Sayadi, the following allocations:
1_ Research service allocations of no less than 50% for holders of a higher diploma.
2_ Research service allocations of not less than 100% for holders of master's and doctoral degrees or their equivalent.
3_ Allocations for the scientific title and the concessions it entails from 15% to 50% according to the regulations of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research by the competent authorities in the said ministry.
4_ A plot of residential land in the governorate center where he works as an exception to the condition of his birthplace and resolution 120 of 1982, provided that he completed an actual job service after obtaining the certificate equivalent to or more than twice the duration of his higher education.
5_ Completion of graduate studies to obtain a master’s or doctorate degree inside or outside Iraq, with the exception of the conditions of service and age, while retaining his rights and privileges, including research service allocations.
6_ Devote one day per week, at least, upon his request, for the purposes of scientific research, lectures at universities, institutes, and training courses.
7_ A stipulated financial reward of (4,000,000) four million for each research published in scientific journals with an internationally known impact factor (on the scale of the journal's sobriety). End / 29 / h
