James Jeffrey, the US Special Envoy for Syria, announced that his country is considering supporting the Turkish army in Idlib, by providing intelligence and military equipment.
Jeffrey said in a statement, that the United States is looking at ways to provide support to Turkey in Idlib within the framework of NATO, and the priority belongs to providing Turkish military intelligence and military equipment.
The American envoy pointed out that Washington and Ankara agree on many points about Idlib, especially regarding Turkey's right to protect its security and borders, pointing out that talking about American support for Turkey does not include sending American soldiers to the conflict zone.
