    The information / Baghdad ..
Independent MP Nada Shaker Jawdat revealed, on Saturday, that there is a major rift within the Iraqi Forces Union headed by Muhammad al-Halbousi over the support of the Prime Minister-designate Muhammad Tawfiq Allawi, indicating that the Kurdistan Democratic Party and the Forces Union insist on passing some partisan names in the government.
Jawdat said in a statement to the "information" that "the Alliance of the Iraqi Forces headed by Muhammad Al-Halbousi witnessed a great defection in its ranks, and only 20 deputies remained with Al-Halbousi after his insistence on passing some partisan ministers in Allawi's booth."
She added that "the Kurdistan Democratic Party stipulated the passage of some ministers in the current government to ensure a vote on the Allawi government, while the Kurdish blocs also witnessed defection, as the Kurdistan Union, Change and the Kurdistan Islamic Group asserted its absolute support for Allawi's choice in his next cabinet."
And the leader of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan, Ghiath Al-Surji, revealed in a previous statement to / the information, that the Kurds do not care about the positions in the Allawi government as much as his commitment to implement the constitution correctly, especially as it relates to the budget of the region and Article 140, pointing out that the region is waiting for Allawi to come to discuss the political process. Finished / 25 d
