Kurdish MP: Our official discussion with Allawi has not started yet, and finance or oil is our choice

Deputy Kurdistan Alliance Salim Hamza denied, on Saturday, official understandings with the Prime Minister-designate Muhammad Tawfiq Allawi and the Kurdish forces, stressing that the Kurdish political forces will not waive their acquisition of a sovereign ministry for either oil or finance, which is the choice of all Kurdish forces.
Hamza said in a statement to the "information", that "the statements covered by some media about the occurrence of a Kurdish agreement with the Prime Minister-designate Muhammad Tawfiq Allawi is not correct for it," noting that "the Kurdish forces and Allawi have not started any official dialogues yet."
He added that "only one meeting was held by a group of Kurdish political blocs, not all of them with the Prime Minister-designate, where several demands were submitted, and we were informed of the acceptance of some of them and the refusal of some others."
Hamzah pointed out that "the Kurdish political forces will not concede from obtaining a sovereign ministry. Either the oil ministry or the finance ministry is one of the demands of the Kurds to assign four ministries in the next government." Ended in / 25 pm
