, The Parliamentary Legal Committee revealed, on Sunday, the constitutional mechanism for holding the extraordinary session of Parliament.
Member of the Committee, MP Hussein Al-Oqabi said, "The mechanism stipulated by the constitution, with regard to holding an extraordinary session is valid for only four parties." Or, for fifty members of the Council, to call an extraordinary session.
Al-Oqabi indicated that "it is only possible for these four parties to call for an extraordinary session with the determination of its time and subject and the deputies attend according to this announcement." The government curriculum, at the very least, before an appropriate period. ”Ended 29 / A 43
