Al-Bayati said in a press statement: "There is a big difference over the ministerial cabinet, and many Shiite MPs do not want to form a government without the participation of other components."
He added: "The formation of the government may be delayed for the third of next March, and there is room for negotiation and satisfaction of all components to ensure the passage of the ministerial cabinet."
Al-Bayati stressed: "The threats regarding the mobilization of the street and the establishment of the Sunni region, which has spread in the media around the cabinet booth, will complicate the scene too much and will not lead to acceptable results."
