in the event that Parliament
rejected Allawi's booth, pointing out that the President of the Republic would take over the day after tomorrow if Allawi failed to pass his cabinet.
Al-Tamimi said in a statement to the "information", that "the Prime Minister-designate Mohammed Allawi needs the votes of half the number of Parliament plus one, in order to pass his cabinet after the quorum has been achieved, and that the cabinet will pass if Parliament voted for it over half of it plus one."
He added that "Parliament must vote in the same percentage on the ministerial platform submitted by Muhammad Allawi."
And he stated, "Parliament, according to one case, did not vote on either of the two previous cases, as the President of the Republic assigns another and a new candidate, and Muhammad Allawi is considered a failure."
He explained that "Parliament, in the event that it voted on Allawi's booth, then Abdul Mahdi should hand over the matter to Muhammad Allawi, and if he does not vote on it, the President of the Republic will receive the reins and the ministries will be managed by the agents, in accordance with Articles 76 of its five paragraphs and 81 of its two paragraphs of the constitution." 25 n ended
