The source said that "a stone for 15 days was imposed on Iraqi travelers heading to Iran, upon their return to the homeland, to ensure that they did not carry the Corona virus."
The condition that [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] placed on its citizens returning from Iranian cities through the border outlets, most notably Shalamcheh, in Basra, the far south, and Zurbatiya in Wasit, in the center of the country, includes signing a pledge to enter the stone, undergoing all medical and laboratory checks for their safety, and not being ill.

For its part, the Iraqi Ministry of Health and Environment announced, in a statement on Saturday evening, that the total number of cases diagnosed in Iraq is 13, 12 of them are Iraqis, and one is an Iranian student who was transferred to his country.
The official spokesman for the Ministry of Health said that all the cases that were diagnosed in Iraq were migrants from Iran earlier.
On Friday, Iraq recorded an eighth infection with the new "Corona" virus, for a woman returning from Iran, in Baghdad, aged 32 years, a new seventh infection in Kirkuk Governorate, north of the capital, Baghdad, bringing the number of infected people to the province to five, after a family of Four individuals were also returning from Iran.
The Corona virus has spread to a number of Gulf countries, including Kuwait, the Emirates, the Sultanate of Oman and Bahrain, as well as Iran and Iraq.
It is noteworthy that the new Corona virus, which causes Covid-19, according to the name given by the World Health Organization, first appeared in late December 2019 in Wuhan, China, in a market for selling wild animals, and then spread quickly with Heavy movement of citizens to spend the Lunar New Year holiday in January.
