, The Parliamentary Finance Committee announced, on Monday, that the budget deficit of 2020 amounted to 50 trillion dinars, pointing out that it is working to find outputs for slow projects and the ration card file.
A member of the committee, Haneen Al-Qudo, called for "accelerating the formation of the government, in order to study the budget and send it to the Presidency and then to the financial committee to discuss financial outputs for some of the projects that are lagging, as well as the topic of the operational side, especially salaries and government obligations towards many of the ruling expenses such as the ration card And oil and gas. "
Al-Kiddou added, "The budget deficit reached approximately 50 trillion dinars, and these numbers are speculative and not real numbers," noting that "the budget deficit can be covered or reduced by finding internal sources of financing."
