Announced three political blocs, on Sunday, to attend the first meeting of the new parliament "will be determined" during the meeting to be held soon in the home of the President of the National Alliance, Ibrahim al-Jaafari, and among a coalition of Arab that the security situation in the country, "greatly influenced" on the negotiations of the political blocs, and confirmed the block they are united "will not attend" the meeting without discussion, "a series of political reforms and security," he called the National Coalition to "grant the blocks and the time of the agreement in anticipation of the big differences" to convene a meeting without an agreement.
The MP said the coalition of Arab, Abdul Rahman Alloizi, in an interview with the (term), "The issue of holding the parliamentary session of the first to choose the President and the Parliament will be the first of the month of July because it is subject to terms and timings of constitutional and legal that can not be manipulated."
He Alloizi that "the security situation troubled with the country greatly influenced the negotiations between the political blocs in order to reach an agreement in the formation and distribution of the sovereign," explaining that "we did not have a meeting to determine our final position in terms of our presence at this meeting or the lack thereof ".
The MP for the coalition of Arab that "the members of the Arab all do not have the invitation to attend the meeting or not to attend so far," noting that "there is a meeting of the political blocs will be held at the home of the President of the National Alliance, Ibrahim al-Jaafari to deal with the political blocs to discuss the first session of the parliament" .
He Alloizi as saying that "in the event of a consensus between the blocs during this meeting to hold the first session of parliament, he also will address the candidates of the Speaker and his deputies and the President of the Republic, who is commissioned by the candidate of the largest bloc to form a new ministry."
He explained that "there are international attention on the formation of the next government and even religious authority called for the formation of a representative government in which all components of Iraqi society on the grounds that the formation of the next government, is linked to the current situation facing the country and the security crisis."
For his part, said a member bloc united, single-Mulla, said in an interview (range), "The Ktltna waiting for a meeting of the political blocs of winning the elections, the new parliament, which will be held during the next two days in the house of al-Jaafari to determine its position on the presence of the session the House of Representatives first," explaining "There is a set of reforms should talk about it at a meeting of the political blocs because the discussion related to the presence of a cluster are united in the first session of parliament and so the vice president did not invite the political blocs to come to this meeting so far."
He added Mulla said, "What we want is to agree on a few things before going to the first session of the new parliament," adding that "a set of reforms that we want is a discussion of the amnesty law, balance and national reconciliation, accountability and justice, and how to cooperate with the security file in the next government."
And between member bloc united that "the issue was not discussed positions on the basis that the National Alliance is on the nominated prime minister while the presidents and the parliament are not contesting any negotiations on them."
In addition, an MP from the national list Adnan Aldenbos in an interview (range), said that "the political blocs did not reach agreements on the distribution of positions of the three presidencies, and therefore, to hold a hearing without the agreements will be established differences between the political blocs."
He added that Aldenbos "Iyad Allawi wants an agreement between the political blocs to form a government before going for the first session and therefore will not bring the next meeting," adding that "it is necessary to give the political blocs more time to reach an agreement."
The coalition of the National led by Iyad Allawi called, on Saturday, to postpone the first session of the new parliament until the approval of the Federal Court the names of the deputies of all, to provide an opportunity for a political agreement "save the country from disintegration," and threatened that he "refrain" from their presence otherwise.
Thus joins a coalition of Allawi to the list of claimants to postpone the first session of the new parliament, after the student coalition united for reform, which is headed by Osama Najafi, Vice President of the Republic, Khodair al, to postpone the hearing, attributing this to the "deterioration of the security situation, and an uncertain choice of the National Alliance candidate to head the government. "
He also announced the Kurdistan Alliance, on Friday, (20th of June), did not support calls to hold a first meeting of the parliament without agreement on the selection of the Parliament and of the Republic, and among that hold a hearing without the approval of the four deputies by the Federal Court is a "constitutional violation ", he stressed that his participation in the meeting will be determined by agreement between the political blocs in Baghdad and the Kurdish delegation negotiating opinion, blaming those responsible for the management of the country responsible for the current crisis.
It is noteworthy that the Constitution required the President, at the invitation of the new parliament to convene within 15 days of the ratification of the election results, with the possibility to extend this invitation for once.
The Federal Supreme Court, ratified last Monday (the 16th of June 2014 present), the results of the parliamentary elections that took place on the 30th of April 2014, while deferred consideration of four names, the existence of judicial cases against them.
