Information / Baghdad ..
The State of Law coalition headed by Nuri al-Maliki confirmed on Thursday that the Seven Committee, which includes the main Shiite forces, has full and absolute powers to choose the prime minister.
"The Seven Committee has full and absolute powers to choose the character that is nominated for the position of prime minister, contrary to what some market," coalition leader Saad al-Muttalabi said in a statement to "The Information."
Al-Muttalabi added, “The majority of representatives of the political blocs in the committee, including the rule of law, have given their representatives the right to choose,” noting that “the Seven Committee will work on the method of voting by majority in the event of more than one personality.”
The deputy for the rule of law, Alia Nassif, considered in a previous statement to "Information" that the Seven Committee was a waste of time, noting that the President of the Republic, Barham Salih, had no constitutional right to choose a candidate for prime minister. Ended in / 25 pm
