[rtl]Baghdad / Nina / Legal expert Ali Al-Tamimi confirmed that Iraq can withdraw from the international coalition after the American assault incident at dawn yesterday and
told the Iraqi National News Agency / Nina that what happened yesterday dawn was a blatant attack on official national sites that open the way to take legal steps against it.
Al-Tamimi added: Iraq can submit a complaint against the violation of its sovereignty to the Security Council in accordance with Articles 1, 2 and 3 of the UN Charter.
It is clear that: Iraq can withdraw from the international coalition formed under Resolution 2170 of the Security Council in the same way. Noting: As for the complaint to the International Criminal Court, it is not possible because Iraq is not organized for the Rome Convention of 1998 for this court.
With regard to the International Court of Justice, Al-Tamimi indicated that: The International Court of Justice has nothing to do with these issues.
A number of American planes bombed several security and civilian sites in the cities of the country yesterday morning, which led to the martyrdom and wounding of a number of people in addition to material damage. [/rtl]
