Independent deputy from the Construction Alliance, Abbas Yaber, confirmed on Monday that there is a "crisis" in the agreement to support a candidate for prime minister from the names currently circulating.
Yaber said in a statement to the "information", that "there are criteria set by the independent representatives of the candidate who deserve their support within the House of Representatives," noting that "the reference and the street previously stipulated the availability of the candidate not to be polemical and belonging to political parties."
He added that "the Seven Committee will reconsider the selection of a national figure not previously proposed for prime minister," noting that "the House of Representatives will begin its sessions next week to intensify its dialogues on forming a new government."
The leader of the Alliance of Representatives, MP Badr Al-Ziyadi, had revealed in a previous statement to the "information", behind the scenes of a meeting last night to choose a new candidate for prime minister by the Seven Committee, criticizing the adherence of some parties to the committee of names popularly and politically.
