Deputy for Sadikoun confirms filing a complaint with the Federal Court about the constitutional breach by “Saleh”

On Saturday, the representative of the Sadiqin Parliamentary Bloc, Hassan Salem, confirmed that a complaint was submitted to the Federal Court regarding the constitutional breach by President Barham Salih, who commissioned Adnan Al-Zarfi to form the government.
Salem said in a televised interview to his follower / Al-Maalouma: "We submitted a complaint to the Federal Court regarding the violations of the President of the Republic, especially that it is not the first time that the President of the Republic has violated the constitution and does not listen to the largest bloc."
He added, "The President of the Republic assigned a polemical figure to form the government, which is against the constitution."
He stated that "the President of the Republic did not observe the constitution and the largest parliamentary blocs in Parliament." 25 n ended
