On Tuesday, the Finance Committee in Parliament announced the cancellation of a recommendation to deduct part of the employees ’salaries to cope with the crisis of the Coronavirus.
The Chairman of the Finance Committee, Haitham Al-Jubouri, said in a brief statement, which he / information received, that "The Parliamentary Crisis Cell canceled its recommendation to deduct a percentage of the salaries of state employees, and this means that there is no deduction."
Al-Jubouri revealed, earlier in the day, the details of the recommendation to deduct from the employees salaries, while determining their duration.
Al-Jubouri said, in a statement to the official news agency, that "deductions from the salaries of employees will be for a period of only two months," noting that "employees of the Ministry of Health and Security Services are exempt from deduction."
Today, Tuesday, the Parliamentary Crisis Cell recommended deduction of 25% of special grade salaries and fourth degree employees' salaries upwards, to contain the Corona virus. 25 h has ended
