Representative Alia Nassif Al-Qada and the Integrity Commission demanded that the file of manipulations and irregularities occurring in the Ministry of Education be opened with the knowledge of higher authorities in the ministry, including the health insurance contract and the manipulation of the Development Fund and the collection of ten thousand dinars from each employee in exchange for issuing identities.
She said in a statement today: “The Ministry of Education is witnessing numerous problems due to manipulation and irregularities committed and unfortunately with the knowledge of higher authorities in the ministry, and these higher authorities are trying to evade their responsibility in the scandal of the health insurance contract in which corrupt employees are also involved.” She asked: “Who did By authorizing an employee to sign a contract worth $ 41 million, and why were higher authorities evaded the signature? And do you think that someone else's signature means disclaiming the contract? “.
Nassif stated: “There is corruption and manipulation in the Ministry’s Development Fund, and there is also corruption in collecting ten thousand dinars from each employee in exchange for issuing an identity to him, and this scandal was also found.”
Nassif stressed: “The need for the judiciary, the public prosecution and the Integrity Commission to interfere, to open a series of investigations into these cases and to hold accountable all those involved in wasting public money, prosecuting them and imposing their fair retribution.”
