[rtl]Baghdad / Nina / Legal expert Ali Al-Tamimi affirmed the possibility of issuing a decision by the Federal Court to electronically vote remotely on the Al-Zarfi government, as happened in the G20 summit, which was administered by Saudi Arabia.
Al-Tamimi said in a statement to the Iraqi National News Agency ( NINA ): "The vote on the Zarfi government can first be through a referendum by the Federal Court to extend the month period granted to Zarfi due to the Karuna epidemic, and a decision can be obtained."
He added, "The referendum of the Federal Supreme Court can also take place on the issue of voting electronically within the 30-day period granted to the taxpayer by electronic presumption, as happened at the G20 summit that was run by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in this way."
He explained that: The solution is by an urgent decision of the Federal Court, that is, a state order at the request of the President of the Republic or the Speaker of Parliament.[/rtl]
