Mousawi said, in a press statement, "The donation of forty million dollars by banks and government banks in general, and private in particular, is not commensurate with the billions that these banks have benefited from during the previous years of the currency auction."
He added: "So far, the Ministry of Health has not benefited from one dollar, and it is only a meager media event."
