The Iraqi military forces took over the leadership of the Ki One base in northwest Kirkuk governorate from the US-led international coalition forces, under political and popular assurance, as well as the leaders of the popular crowd, to implement the parliament and the Iraqi government the decision to leave all foreign military forces, especially those of the United States, from the country.
